Ibeyi
The two sisters of the electronic-soul duo Ibeyi, Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Díaz earned fans and collaborators in Beyoncé and Alvin Ailey included, with the release of their first self-titled album in 2015. Their latest release Ash has been named best new music right after the release this year. The sister duo is deeply connected to traditions, but they combine them with jazz, soul, hip-hop, and down tempo/electronica.
